1.3 Isolation and quarantine

The first three COVID-19 cases detected at the end of February were admitted to specialised hospital units. Since then, cases with symptoms that remain mild are placed in mandatory home quarantine. People who have had contact with a detected case are traced and have to self-isolate for 14 days (irrespective of symptoms). Only severe cases are admitted to hospitals.
