3.1 Planning services

The following measures have been implemented:
- the number of visits to outpatient care have been minimized,
- COVID-19 screening for patients has been introduced in all medical facilities,
- remote monitoring of patients with chronic conditions by telephone,
- 3-month prescriptions for reimbursed medicines, etc.;
- home delivery and supervision of home treatment for patients with disabilities, in quarantine, TB and HIV routine treatment was changed (the drugs were delivered for three months in advance), etc.
