3.2 Managing cases

First point of contact are usually general practitioners and/or Regional Public Health Authority (over the phone).

Patients are sorted before entering health care institution and isolation of a suspected COVID-19 into designated areas.

Separate bed capacities of intensive care should be intended for COVID-19 patients, if possible,  including a filter for health care workers, with the presence of multiple electric plugs, medical gas supply, air-conditioning with antibacterial filtration and the possibility of adequate decontamination.

In addition, we have no evidence about reports of rationing care for COVID-19 patients.
